If you wish to grow
faster, CB provides
consulting. Consulting includes Assessments, Direct Services
to grow the business, Analysis and Training. We believe the most important part of the engagement for you is the
Growth Plan. Compensation will include an initial
fee for the Growth Plan and contingency fee to be paid upon successful performance. The client
is responsible for all necessary out-of-pocket expenses. Each engagement is tailored to specific needs and
will have a unique success metric. The success metric will utilized to determine the formula for
contingency compensation.
The following example is offered to clarify:
At the end of the specified project delivery time the success metric was either exceeded
or not and CB is paid accordingly. If the success
metric was not achieved compensation will be adjusted to half the success contingency rate. Payment is not
expected until funds are received. For example, a goal of $50,000 over 6 months is
the success metric and the contingency fee is 15 percent. If only $25,000 is raised,
CB receives
$1,875 (7.5% times $25,000).
The client is
responsible for approved out-of-pocket expenses and a mutually agreed initial fee for the Growth
Plan. The Growth Plan commands a separate fee because it could be executed without employing
CB for services.
Fees for Analysis, Assessments, and Training will be established by agreement
between CB and the client.
